You must not share your password with any third party and must not allow any other person to access or use your Account. You must notify dk888 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be accurate and truthful. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, withholding of funds and referral to relevant authorities.
Available deposit methods are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform. Method availability, minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits and any applicable transaction fees vary by method and may be subject to change at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing applicable conditions before initiating any deposit.
Where the Platform supports PKR (Pakistani Rupee) as an account currency, amounts will be displayed accordingly. Currency conversion rates, if applicable, are set by the operator and may differ from interbank rates. dk888 accepts no liability for losses arising from currency conversion.

You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Any winnings derived from third-party deposits may be voided and the funds returned to their source.
Withdrawals may only be requested by users who have completed all required KYC verification steps. Pending KYC reviews, active bonus wagering requirements or outstanding compliance queries may delay or temporarily restrict withdrawal processing.
Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability and platform policy. dk888 reserves the right to process withdrawals via alternative methods at its discretion.
Processing times vary by withdrawal method, account verification status, and applicable compliance review requirements. Published processing windows are indicative estimates only — they are not guaranteed. No specific processing speed is warranted by dk888.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the Cashier and are subject to change. Large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing.
Bonus Funds cannot be directly withdrawn. Only winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have been fully converted to real-money funds through satisfaction of applicable Wagering Requirements are eligible for withdrawal, subject to any maximum withdrawal limits stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. These Terms govern generally; specific promotion pages govern individually. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements. The applicable multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds and expiry period are stated in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on certain game categories may not count, or may count partially, toward Wagering Requirements.
Welcome bonuses and similar first-deposit promotions are available once per user, per household and per device. Systematic registration of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of associated funds.
Any strategy or pattern of play that dk888 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — including low-risk hedging, arbitrage exploitation or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — may result in the cancellation of bonuses, voiding of associated winnings, and account review.
dk888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions are offered at dk888's sole discretion and users have no entitlement to any specific promotion unless they have accepted it in accordance with its stated terms during the promotion period.
All bets are subject to acceptance by dk888. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a transaction confirmation. dk888 reserves the right to decline any bet, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and are displayed within the relevant market or game interface. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts based on risk controls.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, an obvious pricing error, or a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes — dk888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to users' Accounts. dk888 shall have no further liability in such circumstances.
Each game available on the Platform is governed by individual game rules provided within the game interface or associated help section. Users should review applicable game rules before participating. Published house edge or RTP figures are provided for information only and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
Sports betting markets, including cricket, football, PSL and ICC tournaments, are governed by the specific sport and market rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dk888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity, even if dk888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk. dk888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the value of the deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Game content provided by third-party studios is subject to those studios' own terms and RNG certifications. dk888 does not independently warrant the fairness of third-party game content beyond what is represented to us by our certified suppliers.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Upon closure, any real-money Balance subject to no outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to you following completion of any applicable verification requirements.
dk888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity; (c) you are accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction; (d) required KYC documentation has not been provided; or (e) any other regulatory, compliance or risk-management reason justifies such action.
Upon Account termination for Terms violations, dk888 reserves the right to void associated bets, cancel bonuses and, where fraud is established, withhold funds pending investigation. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned in accordance with applicable compliance requirements.
